Our first ever museum guided tour in Mandarin by Yanfei, to be conducted every Friday 4pm was deemed a success! Just like to share the happiness with everyone.
Some 10 visitors "innocently" turned up (in reality, too nice to turn us down when we beseeched them to be our audience) and attended the guided tour.
This is indeed a great start, and we will endeavour to continue this activity every Friday 4pm. We might considering starting the English tour if demand is high, so please do keep us informed of any comments and suggestions on rooms for improvement.
And by the way, our requesting of visitor's particulars are not directed at some persistent hardsell bugging or cyber-terrorist activities, but a means to share news and updates of our temple and museum, so please don't be shy to share your information with us for future updates!
Comments such as not liking the red boring stickers that we distribute to participants (too orbiang or flashy), Yanfei's voice too soft, or he moves like the wind, or that some of your favourite areas were not mentioned etc... anything! We would like to hear your voice!
Afterall, our mission is to serve and spread Buddha's Dharma Teachings.
